   朝四時はきついけど but you can do it!!
   
   If you have even 1/2 hour, to rest, when you check-in your hotel in San Diego, take a nap. Even 1/2 hour nap will help you move better in your match.
   
   Don't forget to Eat something good 3 hours before the match.
